I have been as busy as I have ever been. I am trying to tell myself to slow down, but lets face it, I can't. I really won't be able to and I am actually enjoying it.
I have been asked to apply for a project in a nearby town, and fingers are crossed that my design is approved and picked!
I have also been working on a big personal project that I am terrified about. I have not told a soul what it is about but I am working very hard on it and I can't wait to show everyone when it is done.
Thanksgiving is right around the corner. This time of year is my favorite, just a little tip to both you and especially to myself. "Take this time with your family and don't worry about work for a while!"
My business and management teacher has been pushing me way out of my comfort zone. When I mean out of my comfort zone, I mean WAY OUT!
I wouldn't call myself "shy" so much, more of naturally quiet and only have something to say if I feel the need to. I'll be the first to admit that my people skills need work as well as me being able to "put myself out there". My goals have most definitely be put to the test when I made one to not care about what people think of me.
Especially the ones closest to me. I need to make moves without caring of failing or worrying if they will like it at the moment. As long as I'm not hurting anyone I think I'll be alright.
So HAPPY THANKSGIVING to everyone reading. And remember to step out of those comfort zones. There are tons of people stepping out of those comforting walls they have and that makes me feel better.
